I don’t want you to stay stuck feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or chronically dealing with weird body symptoms anymore. I long to guide you to be liberated from the emotions you’ve been suppressing and the overwhelm that seems never ending.

I struggled with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, IBS, chronic neck/shoulder pain, suicidal ideation, and chronic fatigue as I recovered from decades of trauma + loss. It doesn’t define me anymore, but it’s a part of my story that brought me to where I am today.

And because I know what it’s like, I don’t want another woman to feel stuck in that.

Even if you weren’t taught how to move through heavy emotions, I want you to know THERE IS HOPE because simply put, you can learn emotional intelligence skills to guide yourself through emotions with more ease

My why? One night in 2020, I felt my lowest and my thoughts scared me. It was my defining moment where I decided I had to do something different, so I hired my first coach after 20 years of traditional talk therapy not being enough for my sensitive nervous system. This began my journey of mind-body healing from an integrative approach.

What I learned? Your emotional health is the foundation of your life! When you don’t know how to respond to your emotional triggers and blocks, you respond from self-protection and it negatively affects every area of your life- your relationships, your work, your self-image, your physical health, your energy levels, your capacity for both pleasure + pain! 

💗 My passion is to equip women like you to liberate both your heavy + light emotions, step into your post-traumatic growth era, and live fully empowered, awakened, and expressed in the nature of your Soul Self!

5 Little Things About Me:

  1. 🏝️ I love nature! I love hiking in the mountains, but my heart is the most at peace on the beach specifically in Destin, FL! 
  2. ☕️ I drink a cold or hot green tea OR a cold or hot coffee every afternoon around 2-3pm. I change it up! I like variety! lol.
  3. 📖🎤 One of my dreams is to write a book + speak on stages even though both are scary! 
  4. 🐾 I am a mom + bonus mom of all girls AND I have 3 girl fur babies- 2 cats + 1 dog! 
  5. 🍩 My favorite cheat food is Pana Donuts.
